On 21/05/2012, I ordered two products from Sanpdeal.com under order no.[protected] &[protected]. The company without assigning any reason or giving me any information, has cancelled the order. What do I do? Was this information helpful? | |||

I have placed an order of Intex Nova mobile phone Qty. 1 on the above date.
And as per the order confirmation slip it was to be delivered on the 2nd of this month.
Then I got a message saying that 'your order will be entertained within any of the 2 working days.
Since then, leaving saturday & sunday, 4 to 5 days have passed.
But still no message or call from your side.
Does it leave any option for me?
Now I want to cancel my order but there is no kind of option given to recall the order on your website.
If I wanted to gift a thing to someone on any occasion, what will be the need to take it from you people if it is going to come after dated? Does it have any sense?
Please reply to my query asap.
