Sir, I have bought a Samsung galaxy s advance on 22nd March 2013 from Snapdeal.com. At the time of purchasing website showing availability of Mobile. I have paid an amount of Rs.13999 from my credit card. They gave me a estimated time of 27th march 2013 after this date I called to there call center they told me to wait for 48 hours only. After 48 hours I called them again and again they said another 48 hours. I am telling them to cancel my order but they are not doing. They are saying that we can not cancel order when the item will reach to you & you have to refuse to take it then it will be cancel. I am calling them daily they told me that they have not stock. What should I do. I am in trouble I have paid them but didn't receive my mobile yet. Do something as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||
