Snapdeal — product is faulty one | |||
I had placed an order for *Micromax X283 Silver Seller:SPINEL TRADECOM PRIVATE LIMITED*. The order tracking no. is [protected] . The product i received is a* faulty and its Hand held speaker is not working. I have registered a complaint in Snapdeal with complaint no. 1391120. They promise to send the replacement within 7 days which instead took 15 days to delivered to me. Again the product delivered to me is not appropriate. Charger cable is missing from it.
