Snapdeal — refund against cancellation of order | |||
hi, I have placed an ordered on 17-aug-13 for a mobile. It was more than one month but it has not been delivered to me. So i cancelled the order on 4th-oct-13. and i got confirmation mail about the cancellation and the refund will be within 5-7 days. But today is 23-oct-13 and i have not been received the refund. What should i do. i have already mail 3 times but the same reply that " It will refund within 5-7 days". 19 days has gone. should i case a file against Snapdeal or what.
