Snapdeal — roti maker not work in proper & my complaints is not solve by snapdeal

i had purchased a nova roti maker from snapdeal . my order no is[protected] dated 21.04.2013 . but my roti maker is not working in proper manner & condition . i complaint also snapdeal (complaint no. 2107084) but i have no call regarding this complaint .
plese take a trustful decesion regarding this
