Snapdeal — Snapdeal : A good example for Bad service | |||
I bought a Sony Ericsson Neo V on 24th August and upon receipt the product was found to be not working. I got a DOA letter from the Sony service centre and sent it to Snapdeal at the below address: Address: Attn. Mr. Hari Singh Snapdeal.com, 240 ,Ground Floor, Okhla Phase-3, New Delhi -110020 along with my complaint number #983464 and the order number[protected]. This has been 10 days since they have received the DOA letter and I still don't have any refund in my hand. I tried calling them again and again, mailed them too but they are not giving any satisfactory answers. A worst experience of my life. Was this information helpful? | |||
