Snapdeal — Snapdeal cheated by sending an defective Mobile

I purchased a Micromax bing 2 from SNAP DEAL which was delivered on[protected] by Blue dart courier, but, it was not working, on the same day , I lodged a complaint and I requested them to take back the product and as per their advise you will get call from our team within 48 hrs, i called up 2 times but i got same reply from customer care, but they are not responding to my complaint, kindly let me know what I should be done.
