Snapdeal / Zen M23 — Snapdeal is Cheating People... Where's my product??? | |||
I purchased Zen M23 phone on snapdeal.com on 12/5/2011. THe product showed delivery in 5-6 working days. Even today, 16/12/2011 it is still showing "Processing". I called customer support 2 times and the 2nd time, a very rude female executive talked to me. She was trying to make me believe that I am stupid to call before 10 days since according to her, all products take 10 working days. I said OK, I will wait for 10 business days to complete. Now, even after that, there is absolutely no response from the company. They are not replying to my emails. Kunal Bahl who is the founder of snapdeal is not responding. Customer care is not responding. ANd the order status is still Processing. I thought its a good company but I was mistaken. I will never do business with snapdeal in future.
