[Resolved] Snapdeal — Fake Product | |
Guys beware of www.snapdeal.com They are into unfair trade practices. I had ordered Abercrombie & Fitch T-Shirt from them, they have delivered an absolute fake one. Their site shows that the product is 100% genuine. Even sent photos of delivered product to Abercrombie & Fitch company & they have acknowledged that its not authentic. I could also make out as I have original A&F t-shirts bought from USA. Least bothered about my money paid to them, but they can't fool customers by claiming it to be an original product & then sending a fake one Was this information helpful? | |

We request you to please share with us your order id at [protected]@snapdeal.com so that we can take-up this matter with the vendor and if this is the case we assure you that we will take appropriate action against the vendor. Also you saved me, unless i would have also got fooled by them. All thanks to SNAPDEAL who couldn't deliver me Abercrombie & Fitch Black Graphic T-Shirt which i had ordered on 25th April and till date have'nt recieved it. After so many calls today when i called up one of their representative told me that my order has been cancelled due to out of stock.
I simply wanted to know how its possible because one can't place the order if it is out of stock, moreover if your site gets update after sometime then it was your responsibility to let me know about this thing after a day or two, but no one did the same. Today also after 12 days they are telling me this thing moreover when I enquired them regarding it.

don't buy anything from snapdeal, they are making fool, I have purchase Olay Total Effects Day Cream SPF 15 50g with order:[protected].
Complain 1. they deliver this item after 17 days in open condition.
Complain 2. My wife is using same cream for last 3 years, but after first use of snapdeal delivered cream got reacted on chick (skin), then i Spoke to snapdeal customer care and he said we can't do anything in this case and also we can's refund your money.
so I suggest to all of you, don't buy product or deal from snapdeal.

There was a deal where if we purchase cosmetics worth 1000, i would get 50% off... I bought few lakme products like nail paints and compact... i feel they are fake...they are not original ones.. bloody they are cheaters... i have around 5 lakme nail paints bought from outside store..they have a strong gold coloured wordings on its bottle which has the brand name and address ... but these ones which bought from snapdeal have a light white name which would go off if scratched...
i ordered a sony xperia L mobile worth 15000/- in snapdeal without knowing this fraud services by snapdeal as you said above...I ordered the mobile via cash on delivery.I didnt recieved the product yet...what should i do..pls suggest!!!1

Two days back my order of Samsung Galaxy Quattro was delivered ( order number [protected]). I was noticed that the back cover of phone was not fixing properly, And today I just wanted to cancel the product and get refunded. I placed a request to Snapdeal (request #4032290). They requested me to send snapshots of product, which I did. We have to see how genuine these guys are in refunding the actual amount

i want to purchase one dell laptop from snapdeal.com the total cost of the item is 40090.00 and my order number is [protected] this is my first big purchase which is online i am worried about if the product will be faulty, broken not as per specification what should the course of action in replacement will be carried out by snapdeal.com and is snapdeal.com will stand himself responsible for the same
I've purchased few Uni-vite vitamins from Snap deal and they don't seem to be effective. I would like to hear from snapdeal customer service whether this product is imported from US as this is manufactured only in US. This product is for available over 1100 rupees on almost all the other sites but snap deal is still selling it for 950, how? I seriously doubt the authenticity of this product.

Hi, I bought Whey Gold Standard ON 10 lbs protein supplement and it turned out to be completely fake . Its shameful to see such known online sites also sell such unauthorised products which can affect customer's health seriously . There have been cases people of have lost their lives taking such fake supplements and snapdeal encourages selling them .
I would take up this act of shame by snapdeal on all social networking sites and would request all to not sit back but to come forward and take such issues legally and make sure such malpractises are stopped before it takes someone's life .

Also goin through the above complaints i would like to bring this to light to the person replying on behalf of snapdeal that there are several other people who are posting their complaints and u only bother to reply to the one in which the customer has'nt received the product ...
first solve the one's who have received and regretting it n then look for the prospective buyer's .
