[Resolved] snera estates — Complaint against Snera Estates for Credit Note Fraud | |||
I have booked the flat in Ajnara Deffodil via Snera Estates which address is 406, JOP Plaza,Sector-18,Noida. He promised to give the 20 Rs/Sqft after payment of 40%. Now, I am chasing to them for issueing a credit note. He(Bhupinder) first denied then saying that concerns person has left the company, now he is not picking my call. I wanted to share my experience with you that SNERA ESTATES IS TOTALY FRAUD COMPANY. I am looking your help in this regard. Highly appreciated for your help in this regard. TOO MANY COMPLAINTS AGAINST THIS FIRM SNERA ESTATES. THIS IS HIGH TIME THAT THE BUILDERS SHOULD DO SOMETHING IN THIS REGARD. THIS IS A CLEAR CUT CASE OF CHEATING.

you have been taken for a ride, you should have insisted for the Rs20/sq feet to be reduced from your flat's price in the booking form /agreement . the dealers do this so often . Once the sale has been made you are no good for them . these dealers are not even structured for an after sales service . I had a nghtmare with Unicorn .I booked a flat through them and they after taking the booking amount clearly told me to be in touch with the builder and not to bother them for anything. Snera, Gold mine . Prithvi are a bigger mess.

This Snera Estate is totally fraud and unprofessional company. I have booked three flats from them in Amrapali La Residentia and they verbally offered me credit note discount which after following so many times I didn't got and they are not agree to pay also...
So this is a kind request and warning to everyone whoever wants to deal with them, they should not take a chance of harassment...

Totally agree..Jaypee and builders should take note and take action against this company...9 o[censored]s have been taken for a ride by this company on the basis of false credit note which they dont honour at all...

I agree. Snera estates are not responsive. I have booked 2-3 properties through them and so far, I have not get anything finalized. I called many time Deepak but they are not picking phone now. When they sold me the offers they were very quick and responsive. I was impressed that time but I was wrong. His sister is in USA and I will try to hold of them here too.
So please work with builder directly and do not work with Snera Estates.

Every NRI beware and don't do business with Snera Estates, Deepak talks good but worth nothing. So please please take my advise, we do hard work to earn money, not to get cheated by these type of pepole. So lets kick them out from doing business every single NRI. Please blog about them everywhere facebook, twitter, myspace, timesofindia and let consumer get their feedback.
