Consumer number – VK 14940 in the name of Mrs Renuka Syal

I am sorry but this has now become a routine that I have to send you an email for issues that I face every month in booking my refill with Sona Enterprise and you chase them whereas this is the responsibility of Sona Enterprise.

Background information:-
I had given a call to the IVR on 4th Feb 2011 to book a refill and I got a response that the refill was last booked on 31st Jan 2011 which I did not book. I called the customer care up and they logged a complaint saying you will get a refill in next 2 – 3 days.
today since morning I am trying to connect to the customer care department but 3 times my call has been dropped and the 4th time I was in a call for exactly 52 minutes and 47 seconds to be precise with a call sequence of 14which got decreased to call sequence 2 in 37 minutes and in call sequence 2 I have been in call from 37 minutes to 52 minutes.
this really got me irritated and thought of writing it to you.

Problems:-
I donot have a cylinder since yesterday and need the refill urgently.
how can someone else book my refill? Is there a way I can put a control or security so that no one else can book my cylinder except me.
No one picks the phone at Sona Enterprise.
I have been experiencing a very bad customer service since the Chattarpur agency was closed and my refill was moved to Sona enterprise.
Can I also have another contact (may be Sona Enterprise Manager’s mobile number so that I can check with him before I send an email to you.

I know you must be busy with so many but I would really appreciate if you could do something about the above mentioned problems.

hello Mr Dinesh Malik,

I am really troubled and have not yet received a refill…. After complaining again and again it seems that Sona Enterprise is not at all bothered to take care of it.
Today again I called the customer care agent and they said that they cannot register a complaint without my registered mobile number. Now the problem is that in past years I have almost changed 5 - 10 numbers because of my travels. And this is really annoying that 4 days back they were able to register my complaint with the consumer number and today they say that you need to give the registered mobile number.

Please do let me know if you would not be able to take any actions against the Sona enterprise than I will escalate this situation further.
These situation provoke a normal consumer to buy the refills in black and people like us suffer, but it seems that there is no solution left for me as well than to buy the refill in black because we cannot just sit and have dinner from outside for 3 days.

Please take immediate actions against Sona Enterprise and please tell them that this is the every month’s situation.

SONA ENTERPRISE — GAS NOT Delivered a month has passed

I have booked Indane gas on mobile (IVRS) [protected]. My distributor name is SONA Enterprise A 72/2 Masoodpur, Vasantkunj. The Customer service had told the Booking no- 19311,cash memo no-18073 and delivery date 23/3/2011. But till today 25/4/2011 the gas has not delivered.
I want to know that why such delay is happening always with this gas agency.
