[Resolved]  Sonata — misbehavior of the seller

sir i had purchased a sonata fibre watch from a local shop with one year warranty........but it turned out to be irresistant to water. i took it back to the seller for the warranty claim.. he accepted and promised to get me a new watch within a week, it was december 2012. since then i had been visiting him for the watch and every time he would say that the watch will reach within a day or two...he excused the same untill 7th may when i visited him for the watch......to my astonishment he abused me shouting at me some harsh words......it was an open attack on my dignity in front of tens of gentlemen present over there........i escaped from the spot to avoid further insult..........the next day i went to him again fearing that i will lose my watch if i felt afraid and i toughly got some other watch considering the worth of the previous watch and a further payment of Rs. 230/-
sir, i think he has no authorisation of any company to sell its products. he sells watches, LED lights, mobile phones, etc. it is requested to look into the matter to ensure that only authorised sellers sell the products......to overcome piracies and to ensure that no other customer's dignity is pounced at....he behaved with me as if i were a beggar..........
the shop is located at Bijbehara Anantnag J & K
the exact location of the shop at Gooriwan Bijbehara opposite khalil hair dresser......and the name of the shopkeeper's name is Mushtaq Ahmad Khan s/o Nizam Ud Din khan R/o Darigund Srigufwara.........

The watch was purchased on 10/10/15 in Sonata showroom Tirunelveli. Since then watch has stopped working for 3 times.Given the watch to showroom 2 times for this complaint but still for the 3 time watch stopped working.I need a solution this soon.
