[Resolved]  Sony — After Sales Repair

It is really bad when you don't get service even after sales and when you are paying for it.

A really good brand but I think it is really bad on their part.

I have a Flatron 29 Inches which i asked SIGMA Marketing authourised repair center for repair on Phone but till now after repeated requested nothing has been done so far.

Attaching recent mail with Sony India it has been now 13 days since the complaint.

Sony — Distributor problem

I had bought Sony bravia and i wanted to wall mount it in my home.. at the time of purchase the dealer said me that he ll arrive my home within 2 days.. a month passed they r not ready to come.. why the Sony i purchased I'm feeling.. No good response from dealers this may bring bad name to brand i feel..
I, Maj L Y Lama, am a frequent buyer of sony products as i always prefer to go with the sony product only, on 16 jan '14 by mistake, i purchased a PRO HG Duo 8 GB HX HIGH Speed memory stick for Rs 2110/-. bill no 710 from Antarang, sadar, jabalpur, MP(482001).The item was required for my ps vita, but, i remembered that the memory stick would not work with in my ps vita and without even opening the packet I went back to the shop, asking to change the item/refund the amount .Unfortunately, Mr Amit(ph no [protected]), owner, rudely refused and i asked for another memory stick which was required by ps vita.He straightaway told the item cannot be provided and he returned the paid amt after deducting 13% vat.Also he did not give any receipt /bill for the deducted amt of 13% vat.
It is requested that you kindly verify the facts and take necessary action against the shop owner as per the laid down consumer protection rights 1986
I am Kiratee Pradhanee At- Jandol, PO/PS - Bheden Dist- BARGARH STATE - ODISHA. I Purchase a SONY XERIA E DUAL MOBILE from POPULAR MOBILE SHOP, BOLANGIR on date 17th December 2013, But it was "VIBRATE" any time when it was switch off also, SO I submit in sony care SAMBALPUR (BALAJI SERVICE CARE)ON DATE 27/02/2014, But till date the technician are un able to repair that, on the other way when I called they can't replay.even they can't confirm the return date. Sony — cant move apps to sd card

really u should hav mentioned clearly that in xperia m u cant move apps to sd card, so v users never used buyed ur xperia m, and still u hav not took any required steps to rectify this problem. so i[censored] not respond properly than sure i gonna file compliant on consumer court..
I had purchased SONY 40 Inches LED TV from one of the Chennai Dealer . The Product was delivered defective, when I had asked for the replacement, i was asked to contact the customer care. Even the product was delivered and installed by the SONY representative.
It is very disgusting services by SONY INDIA. The quality of the product is not up to the mark. When we are paying hefty amount and getting cheapest quality product and services from Sony India. No response to the customer complaints even after one month. No escalation is available. I wonder even if we escalate the SONY product problem to the SONY higher-ups we wil get any response.

I have been calling the service center to check the problem which they have repaired on 15/06/2014 JOB NO J41274055 .They have given the warranty for 3 (Three) months without any charges .My problem has started after two months.

Now I have been calling Service Center and the last Customer care person name Mr Rajat on dated 09/09/2014 told me to put the complain at site sony.[protected]@ap.sony.com as they are better than us. It was also said to me that part of my TV has been ordered and it will take one week to come. I am surprised that no one has come to check the TV so which part they have ordered for my TV. It is not known by them. Customer care person( MR RAJAT ) also asked me to call the authorised dealer and talk to them for the repair work.

I was not allowed to talk to the senior to get the help and support as they all were busy. But he promised me to get me call back from the senior as when they will be free which never came.I did not hear from any one.

I will never buy Sony Products as after sale service of Sony is so bad . My request to my friends too not to buy Sony Products. We buy the product like TV to enjoy and get help and support after sale not to waste our time and energy after spending extra money for Sony products

This complain should be attended.

I had purchased sony bravia 24" led tv in june 2014. within few days of purchase there was panel crack on the tv.I had ragistred a complain with sony, the service engineer informed us that it was physical damage . Is there way that i can get a free service as i had complained when the tv is warranty period .
