Sony / Digital Camera — motherboard

good eve sir,
I s mohan raaj serving in Indian Air Force bought a sony digital camera from KAPILA ELECTRONICS, DELHI on 20/02/10 and the INVOICE NO. 7116 and model no. DSC-210/BC. In the month of Jan 11 i experienced some problem in the screen then i given it for servicing in SONY CENTER KILPAK, CHENNAI whose job no. 1631 they replied that your camera is already opened by some one there are cellotapes in your mother board and it is not coming under warrranty it cost Rs 8000 to repair this whereas i have warranty upto 2013. Then when i speak to customer care they advised me to give it to ASHOK NAGAR BRANCH CHENNAI, WHOSE JOB NO.[protected] THERE ALSO I GOT THE SAME REPLY only thing they said it will cost Rs 5000/ to repair this.

Sir once i have warrnty upto 2013 there is no point that i will it to outside shop, so i request you to attent my complain. Your cooperation is highly solicited.
