[Resolved]  Sony Ericsson — Service and repairs

I had got the Joy stick of my Sony-Ericsson K750i repaired from a Sony-Ericsson service center in Gurgaon, but after 2 days of that the phone display went white, and when I took the phone back to the service center the manager refused to handle the phone he said that the phone may have got damaged due to the software getting corrupted or some problem in the main board of the phone, how ever he confirmed that the Cap of the Joystick was not fixed properly. The cold response from the the Store manager made me write to the Sony-Ericsson customer service mail id, how ever I did not get any response from them.

Sony Ericsson — HAVING A DISPLAY PROBLEM.

THIS IS TO INFORM YOU THAT MY SONY ERICSSON PHONE HAS GIVING ME A PROBLEM FOR MORE THAN 6 TIMES IN A 10 MONTHS.MY UNCLE BUY THIS ON 31 AUGUST 2008 WHOSE IMEI NO IS [protected] AND INV NO IS [protected]. MY CLOSEST SERVICE CENTRE IS VAISHNAVI SERVICES IN LAXMI NAGAR. THEY TAKE PHONE FOR MORE THAN A WEEK AND SOMETIMES FOR MORE THAN 15 DAYS FOR LITTLE PROBLEM, I WENT TO THE VAISHNAVI SERVICES 10-15 TIMES IN 10 MONTHS PERIOD. 2 OR 3 TIMES IN A DAY I CALLED ON THE NUMBERS WHICH ARE WRITTEN ON JOBSHEETS ARE NOT ATTENDED.4 TIMES THEY DOSE NOT GIVE ANY JOBSHEET TO ME.2 TIMES THEY GIVE JOBSHEET WHOSE COMPLAINT NUMBER IS SES09VS210601 & SE309VSV10203.NOW MY PHONE IS IN THIS CENTRE BY 8/7/2009. BEFORE THIS THEY TAKE PHONE FOR 20 DAYS FOR SAME PROBLEM.I WANT SOME QUICK ACTION AGAISNT THE COMPANY.

Sony Erission Mobil — Service delay

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have purchased Sony Erission Mobile on[protected] and it is still in warranty. I was facing problem as I was not able to charge the battery I had given to Accel Frontline Services (P) Ltd as per the confirmation from Sony help desk as they are their Authorized Service Center and they have taken to service on 15th July ’09 they have asked to wait till 16th July evening to collect the handset back as they will rectify the issue as they have to change the recharge point on the handset and latter they have informed as they have to change the entire handset as it have to come from Chennai. For the small problem they have holding my handset and asking for 10 working days to get the spare from Chennai head office. When I crosschecked in Chennai office they have promised to provide the spares in 24 hrs and handset will be delivered to my by 18th July ’09 where the Travis never occurred as they have not received the spare in mysore center and they are arguing as they can’t give the handset on 18th July and when I tried to contact Chennai head office they are not at all responding to my calls and they are wasting my money on STD call. And when I have requested to dial their head office from their service center they are telling as the problem is with me and for that they are not going to do any calls, and if we ask what is procedure is to wait for 15 to 20 days for the replacement of the spare till then we have to suffer with the problem and when I ask where is it mentioned they do not have any answer for my question.

I tried to contact Sony Erission Help Line number they are not responding to my call as a responsible call handler and when I wanted to speak with the next in charge person the agents on line is not ready to escalate the call to next level and they are continually disconnecting the calls where as it cost me a fortune to dial the Delhi Number from my mobile.

Nor the company is responding my call or the service center people are responding to my problem even I have mailed to the ID given on warranty card they are asking 48 working hours.

Even after paying for the product I am not able to use the product as there is no proper support on time from the service center and also from the Sony Erission.

Please consider this as a serious issue as we pay for the product if we are not able to use the product though it is a manufacture’s fault we have to pay our valuable time and money in running behind them and still the promise from the service center end is not fulfilled on time and we have to suffer for the product and we have to adjusting to their mental harassment if we ask for the quicker service for the product we have purchased from them. If we have to wait for the long time like 15 to 20 days for the replacement why it is not mentioned on the warranty card as I have observed there are no such clauses. Or if any clauses are there in the company please let us know we will search any alternative company for the service.

dear sir, i would like to get into your notice that the service provided by the sony ericsson service center are really disappointing the customers with their responce, i have hand over my sony errison mobile in authorized service center(Siri Communications, Khairthabad, Hyderabad) of sony errison model no.w580i the complain no :286 as the mobile had display problem but when i had approach them to collect my mobile not even they have repaired the problem but also they have broken the mobile panel and removed the keypad which is not conjoined well and are trying to give irrelevent reply when asked about it. later thought they have accepted their mistake and took back the mobile to fix it but still they keep on giving me date upon date to collect the mobile.when i have approched them on certain date which is provieded by them to collect mobile they made me to wait for 3 hours and still there haven't hand overed my mobile yet.

so what exactly do u want me to do???? i hope the required action will be taken as early as possible so that none of the other customers will face such problems.will be hopeing for some respond from you sir.

i have made complain earlier to sony ericson regarding my mobiole phone which is under repairing for almost one and half months. Complaint id SEO [protected].
What sort of customer care you have been providing it is very serious offence from the sony ericsson management which has no coordination and which harass people for buying their accessories . How come a set gets dead in few months even there is technical fault it shouyld be addressed quicly. Since 5-6-2009 i have conbitnuously talking to the customer care and others still no satisfying answere has been given.( k530i is my set).
even if i get my mobile hope one day how sony ericsson is going to pay back for the trouble and harrassmnet they have given to me for one month. this is a serious offence it amounts to legal action against sony ericsson management

Service Center not doing there job properly.

Sony LCD TV 32s200a — Tv doesn't switch on

I had made a complaint about this Tv as it wasn't switching on ref no. 4038018 about a month back. Since then, there has been no response either from the call centre or the service engineers about the rectification as the part is supposed to be imported from outside. if after buying a Sony product, which costed close to 80, 000.00 INR, i have to wait for this [censored]less service and that too without any response or calls from thier side, it is worthless to go in for a brand name. It would have been better to have bought a local Tv set and have it got it repaired from any shop hand to hand. above all the disrespect of having to call up the call centre every second day and receiving the same answer that the service centre people are supposed to call you.
It is really unfortunate that the company or its managers do not take interest in the working of its employees but are concerned only in sales. Being from an armed forces background, I am now takinig it upon myself to make at least all the army officers aware of this fact and strongly going to disuade each and every one whoever wants to buy a Sony product.
I regret that I was an avid Sony customer buying each and every new product which came out from the LCD, Cam corder, Camera, Mobile and even PS3. the day is not far when i am going to call up the Media and make a bonfire of all the products even though working and have it shown on the Tv.
They should have been one one of the best Service providers with both efficient and decent call centre staff, but Alas!, they don't even come near the word hopeless. Sony is a disgrace as far as after sales service is concerned, so please be aware one and all about the suffering and indignation you will definitely face after your purchase.
I purchased W205 sony ericsson mobile on 13/07/09 from universell moblie centre.I started to face problem from first day onwards.Problem is, I was not able to hear anything on that phone.Very next day I approached the showroom and they asked me to contact Sony service centre.After waiting for about 2 hrs in that service centre I was told that, i have uesd that phone for 11 minutes so they can`t replace that phone.But for any replacement for that phone they have to get authority from Chennai or Mumbai office.they informed me that within one day they will get reply from them and they will able to replace my mobile.But now one week is over, still now they havn`t got any reply from them so they havn`t replaced my phone.This is not what I expect from a a good company.

I have bought Sony mobile W760i on March from the month I bought I have problem with connecter and I can’t use Hf also . Sony Ericsson — No Tracker Facility Available

I called up Customer Care asking them to track my mobile phone with the help of IMEI Number - [protected].
But they refused saying that this facility is not provided by Sony.

my newly bought sonyw580i faced the problem of network unaccessiblity. no incoming and outgoing of calls ...if i try dialing hard i could rarely make a call. and the rare incoming calls were also not heard properly.i gave it for service where i bought...they told they dealt with the pblm and gave back...i found the same pblm...and i gave once again but again there was no change in the maobile... i am totally unsatiafied with the customer service...its like not worth of spending maoney on it...afterall i could not even make calls and receive them...

There is a problem in my mobile (handset ) Display. I have given the mobile for repair to S.G.INFOTECH service company on 29.06.2009. They told me that once the mobile get repair they will call me up but even after 2 week they not reply me.when i called up & ask about my mobile they told me that display are not available in market so, kindly take your mobile back...

so, kindly look up the matter & please do the service as soon as possible

sony ericsson /sony ericsson S 500i cell phone — very very bad services

i have cell of sony ericsson S 500i IMEI NO.[protected] there is some problem in this handset and my handset is in warranty period in ujjain there is not a single service centre avialable for under warranty handsets in ujjian(M.P)

my handset is repaired by out of warranty service centre although my mobile is in warranty period service centre named(HOT LINE SERVICE CENTRE)

so the company dont have the service centre why they provide the handsets in such city or told the distributer to provide the services to the customer

i have spend 500rs for the repaire of my handset although in the handset it is some manufacture mistake or some technical mistake
