CAn any buddy give me correct phone number or address of Sony ericssons service centers in mumbai?? I tryed to call at lamigton read service station but the person said that it closed and shifted somewhere else, Sonyericsson site does not give any details of its service center. i have also noticed that the charges these service centers charge are not uniforme every where they charge as per the particular centers policy.

Hi, I have given a handset G 700for repairing and it is in warranty to salora Patel nagar on 28th of July and they have given the time limit of one week.still i did not get my handset and they are not able to given the remaining time, service is very poor and handset is rejected due to quality. more than 6 times i visited the service centre for different quality issue, pls advise.

we purchased a sony ericsson W200i mobile handset on 19 oct 2008 which has a one year warranty .right now my mobile handset joystick is not working properly from one week and i went to the sony ericssonservice centre situated in bangalore namely srishti service centre they told that the liquid is gone therefore to replace that they are charging 600rupees .since there isa warranty there is no question of asking any service charges so i want a reply stated above.reply is a must from ur side

Sony Ericsson — Doesn't catch network when phone is idle

I bought Sony Ericsson mobile on 3rd May 2009. From day one I noticed that the phone goes off from the network if its kept idle (no phone calls received or made). This is noticed in the mornings when the phone was idle at nights. I can see the network signal strength and service provider's name on the phone screen, but all callers will receive the phone is switched off. But, once a call is made from that phone, it start working normal; problem is when it’s idle. Mostly I notice this problem in the mornings as the phone is not used at nights.

I have visited their authorized service center, Kaizer Telecom, Vashi, Navi Mumbai twice, but the problem still persists. First time on 2nd July (Work order No: SE309KT110030) collected same day. Second time on 23rd July (work order no: SE309KT110295) and collected on 30th July. During this period they were supposed to have tested the phone, don't know what they checked because when I went to collect the phone, the battery was in discharged condition - I couldn't even check if it’s in order.

Upon reaching home I charged phone and noticed that the keys were depressed inside and upper cover popping up. I have taken up with Ms. Shalini Sharma of Sony Ericsson (Shalini.[protected]@sonyericsson.com) but she is also not responding now. First time she responded and arranged a stand by set because the service centre wanted my hand set for a week to 10 days to test and have it replaced from the company.

Now I am totally convinced that this set could be a problem and need replacement of this hand set. My expectation is justified because, the set couldn't be repaired in spite of giving for service two times and the hand set beauty is diminishing with the way the set is handled at the service centre.

Appreciate the help in this regard.

T700 mobile sony ericsson — regarding mobile

I m using T700 sonyericson mobile bt in june month i have display problem where i handed over my mobile on 26 june 2009 to service center at NIT FARIDABAD.

Its been One and half month and there is no response. They tell that there is no stock, mobile has been sent to Head office and they have ordered for it. Since i don't have a spare mobile its been a pain to me handle my day to day life.
It would be great if you consider my request and do the needful.

i have bought a cell mobel number K810i (cyber short) in jan 2008 from HOT SPOT .. after six or seven month it handfree, charger port, memory card, camera click button, and navigator key were failed to work. finally i visited to service center in green park, they have repaired by cell or change my handfee and memory card. In feb. i notice that my handfree wire was broken. because it is so thin and we affraied to carry it.. but i have another poblem, In june again my nevigator key is not working and when ever i open any contain in menu it would not display, , jut come and go . finally i think to go to service centre but you have not any suthorized service center in south delhi. what should i do . and one more thing i will never ever want and suggest any one to buy sony handset because. it has so many problem, , it just work properly for max to max six month and after that problem problem and problem

I have purchased a sony ericsson W580i on 14th september ' 08. The camera is not working & the mobile is getting switched off autimatically. i went to the local sony ericsson service centre on 28th July and was very dissapointed.

First they treated very rudly
second my problem was not solved yet
they have only given me a job sheet and nothing has happened till date.

Sony Ericsson / W350i — After Sales Service

I am Vikas Gupta on 29/07/09 I had Purchased Sony Ericsson On 13th of Aug I found that the Display of my mobile is not working, so for that I went to Sony Ericsson Service Center on 14th Aug . I told to staff that the Display screen of my Cellphone is not working and I want 2 get change this Display Screen. But the executive replies that it has been broken due Liquid or due to an accident and it will be not covered by the company it will be chargeable which cost Rs 1550. On the Other hand i told them if it has been broken by an accident that surely it will got some scratch on to it or if it is by liquid than it can be checked by the internal circuit whether it is dry or wet. But the reply from company executive was the same that i have to pay and it will be not covered under the warranty period. So In this situation I was totally helpless and finally i had to make the payment. so kindly help me out and provide me the refund of that.

I want to inform you of an issue that I'm facing in Egypt with your factor in Egypt DELTA co. I have a Sony ericsson K850 I (S.N: CB10T9BZA, IMEL: 35887401 – 451247 – 5) from June 2008 and after 13 months the mobile display screen went faulty so I went to the service n& repair center of DELTA co. since 4th July 2009 (work order no.:46170) and they told me that this issue will take about one week, after the week I went to receive my phone but they said that Sony ericsson is responsible for not sending the display shipment in the right time and this occurred a week after week till now 14th August 2009 for the same reason.

Actually I didn’t expect a bad customer service from a well known brand like Sony ericsson which make me will think twice before buying Sony ericsson mobile in future.

Sony Ericsson — Delay in repairing damaged Handset

Dear Sir,

I have submitted my Sony Ericsson mobile handset whose model no. is J132 and IMEI no. is [protected] at one of the Sony Ericsson authorized service center i.e., NEW DELHI TECHNOCARE which is situated at Central Market, Lajpat Nagar II, on 22nd July, 2009 Wednesday against Work-order Number SE309TEC12594. At that point of time, one of the service center executive promised me that the handset will be repaired within 05 working days. But, now more then 21 working days have already being passed and still my handset is in repairing status. And, moreover the contact number of the service center which is printed on the Job worksheet, i.e. [protected] remains hang-up all the time. I even mailed them 10 days ago but they didn't respond to it except auto-reply. I can’t expect such kind of services from a company that promote it brand being one of the most consumer friendly company to serve its customer in such a pathetic way that they can’t repair a new handset (15 days old) in 21 working days. I already visited the service center twice but still there is no use of it. So, I request you to kindly do the needful as soon as possible.
