Sony Ericsson — About Service Shop

I purchased Sony Ericsson cell model no W-580I on[protected] at Univercell, Ameerpet, Hyderabad.
On 01-06-08 the mobile was off. The next day i taken into Univercell they repair and return to me on next day.On that day only it raises the same problem.I taken to that shop.He suggested to bring it intoSony Ericsson Service center at Ameerpet. They told that the cell is send to Company to change the Mother Board.They told it will take 15-20 days. I request them to give as quick as possible. I asked them to give on 20-06-08.They told that as i try my level best.. On that day onwards i will gone there many times. But they told u come tomarrow...I will repeated till now[protected] and they will not tell correct time to deliver that cell.. So, kindly take action and give cell to me as quick as possible...

sonyericson k750i — delay in service for a month

i am nitish i got k750i as a gift four month back now this mobile is giving problem of boats, showing no acces to network, one month back i had given the mobile for repairs in manglore bunts hostel showroom, til now it not repaired, i think cc of sonyericson is verybad, insted nerby nokia showroom there is no crowd, i mean to say only sony mobile have most of the problem not nokia, even service is very slow, i dont think in future i will buy sony mobile.

Sony 21" TV — Display Problem

I have registered a complaint for "TV Display Problem" in the "Sony Service Centre" for my Sony TV model no. AW21M80 on 03/07/08 (complaint no. 3070770). Almost more than one week has happened, no service engr has attended the problem. This is a very poor service by one of the leading brand company in world. Even after regular follow-up no proper resolution has been provided. What is the procedure to take action against this and how to proceed to the consumer court.

sony ericsson /k750i — did not provide me warranty for the said term period

i bought sony ericsson k750i on 5 may 2007.The company promised me a warranty period of 1 yr.within which i got it repaired on frm the company's authorized service center in gwalior in november 2007. The handset again got faulty in february 2008 when i submitted it to the noida service center where they declared it as tampered and hence did not repair it. though the part said to be tampered was working in customary manner.to be noticed is that servicing of the phone was done only in authorised service centers

Sony Ericsson — poor performance of sim card & comp. listening officials at vellore

Dear Sir,
My daughter got admitted in vit vellore last week. I purchased voda. sim despite her friends denial. To my surprise the functioning is so poor that it has added to parent's agony. During my 2 days stay there my efforts brought no results. the persons who dials voda no. may listen the ring but the receiver(who is voda )doesn't get the ring. Few others may find it impossible to contact the above no.

Sony Ericsson — poor service performance

at guru nanak communication, vikas marg, service center i had submitted my phone, battery, & hands free for repairing on 10july2008. on 18july i went there 4 recieving my phone, they said come in the evening.when i went in the evening they said we dont have handsfree and take phone &battery and come later on for ur handsfree.

Sony ericsson 790i — Defective product

Namaste,
I have purchased a Sony Ericsson 790i mobile phone from Crystal Cell Phone-Authorised Dealer in Chennai.
I was quite convinced with the features that this phone offered. But to my dismay, there are a few technical faults in the product.
Firstly, the speakers give distorted output. I have inquired to many users of the same model-they seem to be happy with their product which naturally means that my phone has faulty speakers. I tried to explain this to my dealer but he says, this is the only way the 790i speaker works!!
Secondly, for an outgoing call made from this phone, the sound of the caller and the receiver suddenly mutes and I have to cut the active call redial. The duration of the call when the unit goes on mute mode is not fixed and so I could not prove this to my dealer when he was testing.
But the fact is that both the problems are genuine and I need help either from the company or a third party to solve it.
Please advice.

OF CONCERNED PERSON AT SALORA OF Mr RAMVIR SINGH([protected])&THIS GUY NEVER PICKS UP THE PHONE C.CARE REPRESENTATIVE ALSO TOLD ME THAT I WILL RECEIVE A CONFIRMATORY CALL FROM THEIR EXECUTIVE WITHIN 24HOURS BUT NO CALL RECEIVED TILL DATECOMLAINT NO ISSUED BY C.CARE IS:-SES[protected].

sony ericsson/ s500i — not received the mobile as yet

On 14th of may i had given my mobile to a sonyerricson mobile service center and its been 2 months . and still its not been fixed.

Sony Ericsson Mobile (w700i) — Sevice Center not performing well

My sony erricson mobile W700i (which is in warrnty period) was showing some problem regarding Battery Charging through a charger. As per my understanding it was just a problem of mobile Socket in which we connect charger. As my walkman and mobile charging was also working in once when i tried for thrice from a Month because of same reason.
I had given my mobile to service center(Goyal Shopping Center, Borivali(w), Mumbai) they told me that within two days they will give me estimates if something which is not covered in warrenty preiod.
After two days they called me and said it will take around 750/- for some technical reason and they need one week to get it doen. I said ok.
After a week when i went to collect my mobile they told me they need more two days as some parts they have not received from Sony.
Still today they are jsut telling me with in two days it will get ready.
Now its around a month and now they are telling me that your moile motherboard is having some problem so your estimated has got changed and need to pay 1200/-.
How we can believe this service center guys?
Are they killing time intentionally?
Do they want to make more money by keeping sony erricsson customer on hanging?
Are they tellign us don't take sony erricson mobile again as you are aware how we are proving you the service?
Are they having that much workload that they can't manage?
Sony erricson has to take it very seriously? When i went to service center for my mobiel i always found big queue of customers? Is this the quality???? Is this the service? ...

sony ericssion k-530 — unprofessional approach

i bought a Sony Ericsson k-530i around 9 months ago, and the phone is still in warranty period. in this phone i have charging problem and also i have facing some video problem in vidio some lines are occure but your Customer Care excutive monica (Vaishnavi Services, A1 Archarya Niketan, Muyur Vihar, Phase 1)did not properly behavie with me her attitude are not good plzs do care whatever u do.hope ur response would be possitive.

sony ericsson/W700i — cell phone submited for repair but not returned yet

dear sir/mam
i have submited my cellphone on 11-june-2008 for repair which is in guarantee period. Since two months had passed but there is no positive response from there side. I hav made around 250 calls n visited several time at there repair center.

I have been using a Sony Ericsson and alas over the weekend it landed in the washing machine, went through all the cycles and was taken out 4 hours later -- I dried it and left it in the son, i swithched it on last night and to my amazement everything worked. Thought i would share news of a good product.

I strongly agree with this. Please take initiative to stop this kind of irresponsible franchises!!!
