i purchged a W580 i Sony Ericsson mobile on 19/03/08

my mobile phone sspkears are not working

i contacted servcing center regarding this issuse

They said they have to replace Bflex board In my mobile

everty time i went to the service center they are saying same word " Out of stock"

i am very much frustratec with their service

i went to service center 8 to 10 time in this month

i went to all servicing centers in hyd .no one is responding properly and solving my problem

Plz do someneedfull to me

i have got Sony Ericsson T610 mobile set. After three months of buying its camera got malfuntioned. i asked the vendor for its repair but even after sending it for repairing the problem is not been solved. i don't know wether he actually send it to service center or not. now it's bit difficult to work with it.

if there is any plan to replace this model with any other (even in exchange) then please do inform me. or if there is any possibility for its repair then do provide me its service centre in delhi

Sony Ericsson G 502 — Network problem and Keypad colour coating is faded.

I am Tamilarasu, I am working in Loyola Institute of Buasiness Administration, Loyola College, Nungambakkam, Chennai-600 034.
I bought one sony ericsson mobile phone from Subishka show room at mylapore model No. is G 502. Its worth is Rs. 8150/- It is not working in properly. The mobile some received incoming call, Some time Just keep quit with getting phone is switched off recorded voice.

Whenever I try to dial the outgoing call ringing is going but ring tone is not getting our phone and end answering phone phone connection also not through.

All the time we will get the display message on mobile Eg: Energ calls only, Sim inactive, (E) Simbol displayed above the signal line.

What will do, I totally disappointed useless network service or software in this system.

Kindly guide me and take action to retify the error or replace my new mobile phone.

Sony Ericsson — Phone is not working (Motherboard problem)

Actually i bought the W580i model. It shown to be board problem within 3o days. I gave it to nearer service center of sony erricson in Borivali (W). They are not responding till one month. I asked many times. But they still saying some reasons. Not only me there are more than ten peoples suffering such as me.

This is for your kind information that I had purchased my Sony ericsson mobile (Bearing model no: K810i & Sl.No:[protected]) on dated 23.06.2008 at Subiksha mobile outlet, Bangalore. I found the problem of network and signal not catching after two months. This may be while during the purchase time itself but it was not identified at the time because I was in the city area were we get full network signal. After 50 days I was get transferred near Mangalore. At this time only I came to know the network problem of my handset. Then I approached to the nearby Sony ericsson service center at Mangalore (Integrated Telecom Services). First they made some software upgradation and told that problem was rectified.
The next day itself the same problem again came, and then I approached the same service center at the Mangalore. They told that they will rectify within 15 days of time and they gave their contact numbers. After 15 days I called to their numbers but they are not giving any response to me and some times they are not answering to my call also. Then I contact one Mr. Vijay (mob no: +[protected]), he also not at all responding properly and also giving wrong messages every time. I am working as a of Generator service engineer cum sales in Mangalore region, due to my non availability of communication I had lost upto Rs.1 lakh for this one month. And then I purchased one new mobile handset for my temporary communication.
This is to be informing that I want compensation for the business loss and also I want my faulty handset to be replaced by new one. Otherwise I will file my case in the consumer court. This is for your information and necessary action.

Sony ericsson 790i — charger dead

it has been nearly 3 weeks since my charger is dead. i submitted it to the service centre 2 weeks ago but it has not yet been replaced under warranty. the personnel ther complaint that ther is no stock of that charger (model CST-60 for erricsson 790i) i don't know whom 2 blame. but i think its a bad service given 2 the customers by the company . i request the higher authorities to make a noter of this.

Sony Ericsson Mobile Model W380i — battery getting discharged fast & set not working in vibration mode

This set was purchased by me on 23/05/2008 at Goregaon east Mumbai.However in July it stopped working in VIBRATION MODE.Now the battery is also getting discharged fast.Not lasting for a day also.When contacted service centre at Saki naka it is closed all the time .When contacted in person it is found closed for lunch and in the evening at 5:00 pm it closed.
Hence there is no response from service centre

Mobile lost during boarding in General coach at Surat Railway station in Sayaji Nagri Station at about 19.05 on 6.10.2008. what is the purpose of Customer care Centers, Are they going to manufacture the new one specially for me in 25 Days also there is no Delievery date On Job Sheet

I think i had a done big mistake by purchasing the Sony Mobile Phones. WHY SHOULD I SUFFER AT YOUR PART.
Now what do You think, I have no work to do except to get in touch with your service center here at Chandigarh.

Sony Ericsson / Mobile Handset J110i — unaudibility/earphone defective

on 09/11/2007 ipurchased a handset J110i from M/S parthib digital service, serampore, pin 712201. since then the h/s is giving probleb of audibility. i rought the matter into the notice of the shop cum service cntr & also send E-mails to customer care (questions.[protected]@support.sonyericsson.com) at least 10 times.every time they have advised to submit the h/s to the shop for repair which i did, unfortunately nothing could be done & on last visit the shop personel said that that nothing could be done better on this h/s.
therefore, ican't believe that when a defective h/s has been sold to me &i am not getting the value for my money, why it can't be changed or repaired upto the satisfaction?
however, plz look into the matter seriously, so that i can use the h/s getting proper value for my money else i have to approach to proper forum for justice.

Sony Deck Delivered With 800 — Faulty Deck

I am Prashant. I purchsed Maruthi 800 Ac in Varun Towers, Begumpet, Hyderabad. My issue is, for my car i have purchased a sony deck in month of April 2008 from varun show room, which is found faulty after 6 months. When i went for replacement/service of Deck people of varun towers and sony servicing people are blaming the customers that its our fault and rejecting for replacement.

i had purchsed my mob set s500i sony ericson before 6mon ...now it is not working said to be dead ...i contact to sevice center in my city jalandhar (PUNJAB) not after 1mon they din't gave me any response abt my mob set...i think sont erricson sevice center is one of bad sevice center...very pooooor sevice ...n very poooooor sevice center...nokia is best
