Sony Ericsson - inerruption while phone calls

Whenever I converse over calls whether incoming or outgoing I get a beep sound with the following text in the screen in my k810i phone - "Ciphering not provided by operator. Insecure transmission"
How to stop this?
What's the problem actually?
What's the solution?
