[Resolved]  Sony Ericsson / Handset K660i — They are not listening

Resp Sir ,

Sir my name is Kamaljeet Singh living in Mumbai.

Sir I am facing problem sience I have bought the handset K660i, I had written lots of mail and they reply very late and each time they say you sumit the handset we will take care of that and after they say that this is repaired but the problem again and again . and i went Son ericsson centre first of all incharge of there has no manner to talk with their valuable costumers he is arogent.

Can you please look into the matter, Because i am getting this problem from when. You tell me if a customer is buying your product & he is unsatisfied with your product and want's the replacement what would you can suggest. I am facing this issue from when.

See i am not the richest person in this universe. I just ;want the replacement of my mobile, Because its not worth to buy this phone.

If i am going to any of your service centre they are not co-opprating with my issue they just misbehave and they dont know how to behave with their valuable customer's. They just telling
that this phone is like this only or they just tell's me every now and then that now this phone will work absaluately fine. But its the same.

Whenever i go to co stomer care centre they say that 'It is infected by virus' and they update it but again that problem comes and they had updated my phone more than 5 times , first of all sir u also know that sony erison moble
dosent infected by virus and when i had a talk with cutomer support over the ph. they also told me the sony erison dosent catch virus.I told whole problem about my ph. he told me your handset is defected it is having some internal problem then he told me to contact customer care ;in ur
area but they
are not listining me . Sir do 1 thing that just contact me I will tell u my whole problem.
