[Resolved] Sony Ericsson — handset problem | |||
i bought j105i mobile at 24th Dec 2009.IMEI NO-[protected] after Sometime i Opend camera For take a Picture but camera is not opened some time opened but most of the time does"nt opened j105i. then i gave it in service center on 15th July 2010 and they said it is a software problem and they called me to get the mobile....they changed mother board and the default Fault is resolved they give it to me on 26th July 2010.After Sometime my Phone will not Storing battery on the display they charged but not store.Again i Gave it in Service center on 2nd August 2010& My Problem Resolved on 19th Aug 2010.But still I have again problem on 20th Aug My phone is hang .My travelling exp exceeds to 500rs. I have become absolutely frustrated with quality of Sony Ericsson new Phone and never expected such a horrible experience with Sony Ericsson's Quality.Looking forward for a permanent solution immediately.Plz change my handset and give me a new handset or either give me the solution.Sony ericsson service center gys says i have replaced two times of motherboard.But problem is still there.these guys told me go sony ericsson company.My mother board imei no-Changed no-[protected] imei no-Changed no-[protected] Plz Give me solutin wt i do? Hello Sir/Madam,
I bought 'sony ericsson c905' model handset on 26th january 2009 and its ear speakers are not working since 24th june 2009. It has not been yet 6 months, and there are technical problems in this handset. I never expected this kind of output from such a costly handset and with the brand name of "Sony Ericsson"!!! I'd really expect that you either exchange my handset or if you cannot take any strict action, then I want my money back.
I'm enclosing a copy of my handset bill.

This is to bring about your kind notice that i D.K Shrama has a headset of yr company...the model no is Sony Ericsson W205. I am facing so many problems in it..it is not working properly since quiet a long time.i have given it to the service center for repair the first time and they said that if the same problem persists we replace your set.But it is sad to say that no action has been taken.I have given the mobile for repair now the second or the third time but till date no action has been taken.I am attaching the Id number with this letter of mine n the service cenre address also

I bought your phone sony F305 before two years. The problem is that it don't giving the correct display.When we switch on it, then it will not show any thing.Just a white screen is there.What shall i do? What is its fault.

First time (SES09ECC10420) Display problem. So change display. Second time SES09ECC10591(Date - 9.3.09) Mother Borad problem so, change the Board. But again i am facing same problem. any message receive my handset is hanging. . handset i purchase 6-Dec-08 only.
