[Resolved] Sony Ericsson India — Service Mentality of Sony Ericsson | |||
I own a sony ericsson W950i the touch panel of the handset siezed working third time after replaced it from the authorised service center .I approached the SYNERGY SERVICES-A DIVISION OF PROMPT SERVICES(SONY ERICSSON CERTIFIED SERVICE CENTRE, PATTOM, TRIVANDRUM) again on the fourth time and submitted the required documents to repair my handset on[protected]. The customer executive told us to wait for 3 weeks to repair the headset. I have been contacting the center for obtaining my repaired product.But they have telephonic-ally replied me that they will contact me back when the shipment/courier arrives.Till date(24/04/2010) i have not received any calls from the centre, I EXPECT THE CONCERNS TO TAKE INITIATIVE AGAINST THIS irresponsible APPROACH FROM AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRES AND THAT I WILL GET MY HEADSET REPAIRED ASAP.
