Sony Ericsson J108i Cedar — Poor Service of KEYPAD replacement | |||
Hello sir, I purchased this handset on 10/04/2011 vide bill number :-1487/2624 from the Mobile Store Ltd. (Dugri Urban Estate-2,Ludhiana).After about 2-3 WEEKS the one key got struck from the keypad of the mobile.As the handset was under warranty.I went to Authorized Service Centre Of SONY ERICSSON "Accel Care Centre,Innovative Techsoft,Seetal Arcade,2nd Floor,Pakhowal Road,Ludhiana".I deposited my handset,they said that the handset is in warranty but they will charge for the keypad.I also got agree with them and do the needfull at the earliest.Now it is more than 1 month has passed but they are so irresponsible that till date they have not replaced my keypad till now.In this period I have contacted them several times but every time they make excuses.In view my view they are not taking it seriously.I am ready to pay anything but they are making excuses that the keypad is out of stock.Now i am suffering because i purchased Sony Ericsson HANDSET and their POOR SERVICE.
