8 months back i purchase a Sony Ericsson mobile phone(Model No.: K790i) of RS12000, from last 2 months i am facing couple of peoblems with the hand set but the service station workers are telling me that they dont have the parts available with them, and for this i marked the mail also to the company ID but no genuine reply from their side...pls help me..

my phone is z800 model no. but this is vodaphone phone my phone is network problem created what i can do for repaire my mobile my cell is [protected] please contact me another sent emaile.
i purchase the mobile on november 2008. but i have the chargable problem. so i give the mobile to autorised service center. but i have loss my 15000, he is spoill my mobile fully. customer care also very worst service. i have a mentally and physically upset, ur a intelligent indian pls dont by the sony erickson mobile, very very worst ur money& time only waste pls all friends dont by this mobile its worst worst service

my dad bought a w350i phone for me my first phone i was so excited the after a couple of months the little flip part snapped my uncles w350i phone even did the same it the problem with he phone me and my dad took it in the vodafone shop and my dad got it of the website vodafone one and she started to say we never cma e up on the machine but we lost it and she was rude and she sed we might have to pay like 40 pound

Soney Ericsson — Los of Mobile

I lost my mobile today.

Mobile IMEI : [protected]

I tried to log a complaing into soney ericsso web site but they not provided any lose of mobile complain fecility.

Can you please suggest me what should I do hear?
I bought a new Sony Ericsson Mobile Phone (Model k530i) purchased from Ms.Saravana store, T.Nagar, chennai.07 vide their bill amount for Rs.7175/-. However, I could not use the mobile for 1 month after using 8 months it was having no. of problems such as Hanging, cannot power on etc. Thus I rushed back to the dealer M/s. Iconet, indira nagar adayar, who are the service agent of the company.

I told him that I need another set and not a repaired one. Still he insisted me to give it to the service centre. At that time I had left with no option but handed over the set to their service Agent M/s. icconet indira nagar, adayar, chennai.

Now a fortnight has passed neither I have been given a new set nor am informed about the plight of my mobile set.

Being a reputed company, I have trusted on this product and I am sure that they will do the needful to keep my confidence intact.

sonyericsson - Mobile W200I — difficulties in hearing

Hi, i m pranavsinh Vaghela, I purched sony W200I (IMEI[protected] in may-08, in this phone i have a hearing problem, so i repaired phone in Sony sevice centre at dadar, but after 4 month same problem arised and now 3rd time same problem after repaired but no permenent solution i got from service center now my warranty period going to lasp and same problem arised, i need permanant solution, pls. help me.

my mobile was not getting switch on i have already comlainted but there was no response my warrante time also getting closer i have to comlaint if there is no response i have given mobile in sony care chandigarh but they return me after 1 month but the problem is same

Sony Ericsson W350i — Worst service , worst phone quality

I have purchased a Sony Ericsson phone ( W350i) on 2nd December 2008.

The phone right from the day it was purchased was giving fault and since two monhts the phone is not working. phone turns off during startup and then remains off.

I have given the phone for service multiple times to service center "Accel frontline services (P) limited" based in Andheri (E), Mumbai. According to them there is some main "IC" problem and I will have to speak to "Sony ericsson " company directly for replacement.

I am very surprised and astonished with these kind of comments from such a reputed company.

I leves me with a feeling of frustration and anger in the age of what we call " service " is the most improtant factor in retaining customers.

When my person visited your service center at 12.30 and was asked to sit till 3.00 and the only thing told to him was that they are checking.

In between they came out and said that the mobile is tempered, it is very surprising to get such a comment from them as I have just collected the handset from them last week. And if it is tempered that they are the ones who have tempered it.

Their service center does not give porper replies and have noticed during my visit a lot of people shouting and and not getting resoluting to issues.
My self Ms. Heena Patel, from Baroda has purchased your company mobile W710i in April 2007. Since than after every three - four month i m facing problem.. First was for the front display was not working so another id was provided to me FOR Display not working but the side lock key also was spoilt at the service centre. Than after the rubber on flap came out, after replacement of that the ear piece stopped working. Now the problem arising is of connectivity lossing during tal since last 4 months. And the service center is telling that this model is having problem with BSNL connectiviity and suggesting for changing the card, Which is not at all possible from my side. I am in marketing fields since last 5 years and that's why very frustrated with the problem. While the same card is working better with other mobile

.I have already kept my cell phone for over 2 months at the Baroda service centre. Please check you records as i believe the handset that has been sold to me is a faulty one otherwise in less than 9 months i didn't need to visit the SERVICE CENTRE at 4 different occasions.

I am finally tired of writing and visiting the auth centre.Not only I have wasted fuel but every time I visit the centre my time as I need to spend at least an hour every time.

I DEMAND FOR A HANDSET REPLACEMENT AND THE MODEL REPLACEMENT AS YOU CAN REALIZE VISITING A SERVICE CENTRE 4 TIME IN LESS THAN 9 MONTHS IS NOT ELSE BUT INCONVENIENCE DUE TO A FAULTY PRODUCT.

I HAVE HAD PATIENCE SO FAR BUT I WOULD APPRECIATE IF YOU REPLACE THE HANDSET NOW AS ITS HIGH TIME.

THIS WAS MY LAST SONY ERIKSSON HANDSET PURCHASE...I WILL NEVER BUY A SE HANDSET AFTER THIS EXPERIENCE.

I know it'll not make a difference to a big organization like your and my matter will never be looked into.

Sony Ericsson — mobile theft and request for hanging up set

iam the user of sony erricson mobile which i had lost at villupuram new bus stand while goein to home. it was theft by some assialants and i have lodged a police complaint. on 09.06.2009.i lost the mobile on 08.06.2009 at 21.45hrs.i would like u to help me to regain my lost mobile or atleast help me to hang up the set inorder to avoid the misuse by the roberer. my last used mobile num is [protected].the model of mobile is w700i .the iemi no is [protected].i request you to do the needful at the earliest on humanitarian grounds

I bought new sony ericson mobile and after 2 week it has some internal prob i submitted it to store where i bought the cell. they sent it to service center but now 45 days hassbeen complted and i am still waiting for my cell.
