[Resolved] Sony Ericsson Mobile – K550 — When I inspected my set | |
Respected Sir, This is to bring to your notice that I had given my Sony Ericsson mobile – K550 Serial No. –[protected] for repairing to Usha Infotech (P) Ltd., Authorised Service Center of yours on 15/12/2009, Bill Copy No.- St/513 . My Blue Tooth, Infrared, Power Switch was not working. They had informed me after inspection that they will make it right and the cost estimated given to me was Rs.1730/- . Your engineer name is Mr. Sekhar [protected] In the month of January they informed me that they had made it right and I can collect it from them. As I was in tour at that time I went to collect it on 03/02/2010. At first I was amazed to see a person (no idea whether he is a staff or not) is using my cell sitting in the front office by inserting another battery and tying it with a rubber band. When I wanted to see the set, he started deleting the photos taken by him. When I enquired he said me that the staff have right to use the customer’s set. When I inspected my set, I was amazed to see a spot on the LCD which was not intimated to me, though they are insisting that they have informed me regarding this. Moreover their office has been transferred to 75C, Park Street from 10A, Ho-Chi-Min Sarani which was also not intimated to me. So my question is what is to be done from my side?
