[Resolved]  Sony Ericsson Spiro W100i — refund/replacement

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have purchased a sony ericsson mobile "w100i" spiro on 15th october 2010.
from the day of purchasing of this mobile i am facing problems in my mobile it starts getting hanged and getting restarted , i went to the service center as per them they submited my mobile on services center on 23/10/2010 ( Neeru Enterprises ) and gave me challan copy Number :- Se[protected] and when i got my mobile after 24 hour the problem was the same and when i went again to service center for same they confirmed that there is a problem in motherboard and i need to submit my mobile phone for around 15 day or more , i am not having any alternate mobile , i am working with private secter not having time to visit daily service center and also cant live without handset for 15 days so i need fresh replacement or please provide refund or replacement...i am very disturbed i am feeling i have been cheated by the company kindly provide me a resolution as soon as possible

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have purchased a sony ericsson mobile "w100i" spiro on 21st feb 2011.
from the day of purchasing of this mobile i am also facing the same problems in my mobile a).hanging problem while watching video to reactive phone should be remove and put battery, b). while to write msgs showing out of memory d) auto-off are some of them .I went to the service center as per them they submitted my mobile third time there on 2nd april 2011 (Accel Frontline, lko) as my phone was dead. I got my phone back on 27 april 2011 after being replaced ( Engineer remark- rf board replaced & upgrade set is ok) but after few days again i was facing the same problem my phone got dead. I again submitted it to the sevice center on 21st may 2011, work order numbr-se[protected]. its been 20 days now and every time i make a call they tell me that the work is still in progress.now after all this i need model replacement or please provide refund...i am very disturbed i am feeling like i have been cheated by the company kindly provide me a resolution as soon as possible or else i will have to face towards consumer court.

I had purchased a SONY ERICSSON W100i handset vide invoice no: WA/1011/CA-4109, dt.[protected]., at sangeeth mobils., nacharam hyd, A.P., It took very short time to know that I am in troubles because my handset started showing so many problems and I met the nearest authourised service centre i.e., sony service center MOBILE GALLERY. They changed the software for my mobile vide job card no.[protected] The problem persisted still eventhough the software was changed. After some days, I was again forced to run after the authorised service centre mentioned above to overcome the persisting problem. They advised me to handover my handset with them soasto get it replaced with the new PCB as such the problem lies in the motherboard. At the time of the purchase of my handset, its IMEI no. was s/w. Later, the IMEI no. was changed soonafter the change of PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD {MOTHER BOARD} to my handsed. Inspite of all these of my efforts, I could not use my handsed without any problem. I am totally vexed with the services of your esteemed company and I felt that I am totally cheated by you. Now, I demand you to either to refund the sum incurred by me for the purpose or to replace my handset with a new one with a good condition at the earliest.

I PURCHASED ABOVE MENTIONED HANDSET(W100I) ON 24 OCT 2010 FROM SPICE RETAIL LTD
N/31 ,PURUSHOTTAM PALACE, GHAZIABAD.FROM THE FIRST DAY IT WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY SO I GAVE IT FOR REPLACEMENT BUT THEY REPAIRED IT & SAID THAT NOW IT IS O.K.
IT HAPPENED THREE TIMES BUT IT CREATED MENTAL HARASSMENT TO ME.WHEN I APPROACHED
TO SHOP FOR COMPLAINT,THEY ASKED ME TO LEAVE THE HANDSET FOR REPLACEMENT OF MOTHERBOARD,
WHEN THEY GAVE IT TO ME THEY SAID NOW IT'S O.K,BUT AT THIS TIME IT WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY.TODAY I.E.22.06.2011 I WENT TO THE SHOP FOR REPLACEMENT OF HANDSET BECAUSE IT IS IN WARRANTY PERIOD BUT THEY REFUSED TO DO SO THEN I SAID I AM GOING TO LODGE A COMPLAINT AGAINST YOUR ORGANIZATION.
YOU ARE REQUESTED TO DO THE NEEDFUL & GET MY HANDSET REPLACED & INSTRUCT THE COMPANY FOR COMPENSATION OF RS10000/- FOR MENTAL HARASSMENT TO ME .
KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER.

Sony Ericsson — cheating/misbehave/replacement/refund

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have purchased a sony ericsson mobile "w100i" spiro on 21st feb 2011.
from the day of purchasing of this mobile i am also facing many
problems in my mobile and now i am regreting purchasing cell phone of
sony ericsson.some of them are-
a).hanging problem while watching video to reactive phone should be

They checked and declared that software problem and they upgraded software two times with in 20 days but the problems are not yet solved.. 3rd time I interacted same center regarding these problems on 2nd april 2011 (Accel Frontline,lko) as my phone was dead. I got my phone back on 27 april 2011 after being replaced ( Engineer remark- rf board replaced & upgrade set is ok) they were saying same software problem and it's not been completed one month also so i requested them replacement but they denied my query they are not taking care about my problems.simply they were saying contact sonyericsson customer care bt again after few days again i was facing the same problem my phone got dead. I again submitted it to the sevice center 21st may 2011, Work-Order number-se[protected]. its been more than 20 days now and they are telling me that the work is still in progress.I regret purchacing a cell phone o[censored]r company now i need model replacement or please provide refund...i am very disturbed i am feeling i have been cheated by the company kindly provide me a resolution as soon as possible. there is no proper response from your executives of customer care and in no way i am going to take that set back i want a model replacement or refund only. the problem is not solved by the company my cell phone is at the service centre since long time. company is not providing any kind of help regarding all this. above all the customer care executives talk very baldly if not agreed to their points. company has taken out a new strategy of cheating customer. being a well recognized brand people rely on the product and after purchasing it company and their employees/executives take no responsibility regarding their own mistake. A very bad behavior of cutomer care executives was seen.i am humbly requesting to sonyEricsson company please let me get replacement/refund of my mobile.Please help.

w100i spiro mobile — not in working condition

This is John bought the sony errisson mobile phone on november 13 1210 . From the beginging when I bought it has problems and I have taken it to the service center in cuhinggum road Acestel ! and their serviced it almost six times and they could not solve the problem of the mobile . I am in the warranty period.
I am really fedup with the mobile I need the money back.

Sony Ericsson — Phone model No: W100i

i had purchased a sony ericsson phone model no : W100i on 8th May 2011. Within 20 days the phone quit working . I took it back to the store where they asked me to go to the service centre. Inspite of my several visits to the service centres and updating the software the phone still dosn't work. Even the store now refuses to take the phone back.

Dear Sir, I have bought Sony Xperia M on 01/01/2014 . but it is not worth, battery back is very low and its not having option of move pictures and videos, Kindly replace the same
