[Resolved] Sony Ericsson W580i — Problem i have faced with W580i | |
Dear Sir/Mam, I have bought a Sony Ericsson W580i model on 2-Feb-2008 at Hyderabad.I bought a sim on 16-Feb-2008 and on the day one we started using it, I realised that It was not detecting the memory card, so I met the service center people over here.They told that piece can't be replaced but they will rectify the problem and send the piece in 10 - 15 days.Those people never called me up and after blogging them for 25 days, they told to come and collect the piece. I went to collect it but there itself I have noticed that there is a network connectivity problem and it is not detecting the sim now.The service center people still said they will get it rectified without replacing it. I am not at all satisfied with your service.I have not used the mobile for a single day .I am not even getting the feel of a new mobile worth 11, 000plus.I haven't recieved my mobile till now and more over the service center people are treating me as though they are doing a free service though my mobile is in warranty period. Is this the right way to treat a customer who purchased the goods believng in the brand name? As the piece has so many problems, I am not interested in collecting the same piece again and want a new piece of same model(replacement). Thanks, Jyothirmaye Ala Was this information helpful? | |
