My Name is Ashish Bakshi.( 09814118826). I m belong to Bathinda ( Punjab ) in India. I have by mistake a cell phohe make sony ericsson model no. W580i .When, I purched this cell phone since 3 to 4 month That time I was very happy with sony product but I was completelly wrong My faith complete break about this non-commeted company, becoue I face some problem My NAVIGATION KEY PAD ( BLACK ) give me great truble me that not working since last one month . When i m visited the Sony Auth Service Centre at Bathinda (Auth. Person Mr. ASHWANI GARG ) to service my set they totaly refused and said me it will sewrvice on paid job very sorry to service in Warranty period.
Then they excuse me we have not any spare this model i.e is parts not avilabe in our city.
I am very bady suffer from my Cell Navigation Key Pad ( Black) to operate it.
Please If u can to do like a any commetted co. Replace my Navigation Key Pad under worranty.
