Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 — Restart Problem | |||
Respected Sir/Madam Myself Santosh D.Kalase I have purchased Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 Handset from Croma Mumbai on 10/09/2010 whose IMEI No-[protected] after purchasing this handset I am facing following problems 1)I noticed that this handset automatically restarts two to three times in a day and while charging and once it starts restarting then we have to forcefully remove Battery then only it will stop otherwise it will not 2)While talking front end person volume of that person is very very low For this problem I have visited four times in Authorized Sony Ericsson service centre but problem remains the same, for submitting and collecting handset every time I have taken half day leave, Lot of times I have called on Helpline number-[protected] and [protected] to register these complaints whose latest ref.Nos.are 89470306 and 89470965 With this mail I am requesting Sony Ericsson please replace this handset I don’t want further repair because I have faced lot of problem with this handset. For your ready reference please find enclosed bill and warranty card Again I am requesting you I don’t want further repair please replace this handset with new one, today I will again submitting this handset to Sony Ericsson service centre F11 First floor Eternity Mall Thin hath Naka Thane (W[protected],[protected] as per ref no 89470965 Please do the needful at earliest because I really very upset on your services Was this information helpful? | |||
