Sony Ericsson:customer Care — REPAIRING OF MOBILE HANDSET.

THIS IS A COMPLAINT AGAINST SONY ERICSSON AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE:VIDEO CARE, KAMAL APARTMENT, GROUND FLOOR, OPP.SHARANPUR ROAD TEL EXCH, CANADA CORNER, NASHIK-422002.TEL:[protected].
OUR SONY ERICSSON HANDSET W5801 HAS BEEN GIVEN TO REPAIR IN THE ABOVE SERVICE STATION ON 5 JUNE 2009 AND THE REPAIR WAS TO BE COMPLETED IN 15 DAYS. OUR JOB SHEET NO. IS 4385. THE REPAIR WAS OF REPLACEMENT OF HINGES. BUT TILL DATE I.E. TILL 28 JULY WE AREN'T GETTING SATISFACTORY REPLIES NEITHER THE CONDITION OF OUR HANDSET. WE TALKED TO SERVICE HEAD OF NASHIK AS WELL AS SERVICE HEAD OF SONY ERICSSON INDIA BUT IT IS SHAMEFUL TO QUOTE THATA COMPANY LIKE SONY ERICSSON IS SO NEGLECTFUL TO SO STAUNCH CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS. I UNDER RIGHT TO COMPLAINT ACT URGE YOU TO TAKE A NOTE OF THIS DISRESPECTFUL ACT AND DO THE NEEDFUL AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
