Dear Concerned, Subject - Not received phone which was given for replacement since 2 months. I am highly disappointed by the services & response I am getting from Sony Ericson’s service center. I had taken Sony Ericson Mobile phone , Model No – J10i2 & was facing problem since I had taken the phone resulting in frequent visits to their service centers where we had to move from one place to other their so called centers to sub centers where once Mother board also needed a replacement resulting in change of my IMEI number. I had purchased the phone on[protected] from vijay sales.invoice no. 64-DEV07-10CSI 538. I would like to provide you the list of complaints I have posted & finally gave phone for replacement on 17th May which I have yet not received.
