Sony — for replacement of sony vaio

I purchased a sony viao laptop { whose model no:VPCEH38FN/W IN5 }

ON 2/07/2012 from

"VALUE PLUS RETAIL PVT. LTD 7/190 NAGESHWER TOWER ,SWAROOP NAGAR,

KANPUR.

I have problem in touch pad i submitted laptop on 9/07/2012 to

S S SERVICE (SONY AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE)

96/2 STAR PRESS BUILDING,

CUNNIGANJ CROSSING CO.GANJ KANPUR UTTER PRADESH-208001


centre they are saying that your laptop will replace within 1 week but there is no
response from service centre

they are always saying that your laptop will replace in two days but after 15 days they don't dive any confirmation of laptop

so please take strict action on them solve my problem
