Sony — heating issue and hang

sir i have a laptop of Sony vaio which i had purchased on 12'Th of January 2012 .My laptop has not worked well since i
have purchased it , it is troubling me in almost every Thing . It's processing speed is too low for a person to work
properly . I have complained several times about it to The customer care representative & i have also taken it to
The service center of Sony vaio but every time i was consoled by you guys That it would start working properly
after a while but i did not find any improvement in it .i have formated This laptop for about 4 or 5 times on
The suggestion of your representatives . some times it generates so much heat while working That it becomes
tough to work on it . so i Therefor request you to replace my laptop wiThin The rest time of it's warranty
That i may use The services of vaio comparetively well .
