This is regarding the Sony Home Theatre System which I have purchased in Dec. 2007. Problem occured last month when I was trying to switch on the home theatre it was displaying Protector/Push power I made an complaint on this No. 26991205 My complaint No. is 3095034 Complaint was made on the July 13, 2008. After that I made on a daily basis call to this complaint center several time and after long two weeks long wait on July 26, 2008 a person came to pick my sony home theatre from my home. This is since then today is August 4, 08 nobody has came back to return my system the system has been taken by Ace Electronics, Rajouri Garden. I have called them several times and they are saying that The part (circuit) has come for the home theatre but the engineer who has to repalce the part has not come for the past one week. so this is the whole story. Such a POOR, UNSATISFACTORY service by a SONY
BRAND I am so much tired of making and enquiring call about my system to these No.'s 26991205, 66006600, 65479450, 25432214 I am fed up. I won't buy a SONY brand in future again. It takes so many weeks to do a such a small job. Shame on you SONY people. This is really bad. This is not done.
