While shifting from Janakpuri, New Delhi to Lucknow, I have communicated to Sony Movers and Packers from West Delhi. In starting they have committed the Rs. 5000 plus taxes since I don't have much stuff to shift( only clothes and kitchen items) and given the time of 12 o'clock noon at 29th June, 2012, We have also booked our train to same day at evening, because they said they'll complete their work in max 2 hrs. Even after confirming timing many times, they started harassing us at last moment and came at 5 PM evening after calling them several time till then we have packed all of stuff ourself because of the train timing for our moving from Delhi. They have increased the amount as Rs. 7700 at last moment. Even after paying the their desired amount, they never giving us any information for our stuff delivery. We called them many times for tracking our stuff and disappointed every time. After lots of harassment, they delivered our some of our luggage in very bad condition at 11th July, 2012 even they promised to deliver in 2,3 days. One of my was missing containing some expensive stuff like watches and clothes. I have called them several times for my missing bag but they refused to deliver that bag.
Please suggest anyone what can I do to regain my bag and take any action against 'Sony Movers and Packers' group for harassment of 15-16 days.
