Sony — technical problems in laptop from purchasing date

I had purchased the sony vaio laptop from the Vijay sales, kharghar in last 0ctober 2012. In last year, from purchasing date, about 6 to 7 times technical problem faced with the laptop such as display not working, Camera not working, keypad not working, hang, formatting, slow processing. Many times, the problems were solved by contacting and guideline from sony customer care. *Once the laptop admitted to Soni service center, Nagpur. They took 15 days for the display problem and returned. After that display is working, but another problem developed in same such as keypad not working, hang, formatting, slow processing.* In whole last year, laptop works hardly for 8 months and every time new problem developed in system.*I had purchased the system to gift, but from purchasing date the system never gave satisfaction. Its warranty is up to 14.10.2013. With reference above generated request number 15980131 by sony on my email, it has more than 6 days to solve it.There is no contact from sony about the problem. Is there any serious authority in sony to solve customer complaints. What rubbish service by sony to customer.
