[Resolved]  Sony VAIO Laptop Model No. Vpceb46fg — Having Problem In touchpad from 1st day of purchase

I have bought a new sony vaio laptop whose model no. is VPCEB46FG, and serial no. is[protected]
7009944 on[protected] from Pantaloons Retail (India) Ltd.
HOME TOWN-LUCKNOW-SAHARAGANJ MALL
HAZTARGANJ LUCKNOW.

I am having problem in touchpad (cursor is moving here and there itself) from the 1st day of purchase.

I have been to the shop for the defect and they said that this is not their fault and they will not refund my money back and suggested me to go to the sony service centre.

I have been to sony service centre too-

My job no. is WS[protected].
But the problem is not resolved,there is problem in touchpad.

Sir, i am so afraid from sony and went under pressure due to this.

it seems that i have not purchased a new laptop infact a mental pressure on mind.

kindly please give instructions to the dealer to return my money back.
