4 jan 2013 I purchased SONY XPERIA J in rediff shopping my mobiles handsfree and charger not working and got invoice of it but not the original bill. I want the original bill with tin number. I went to Sony Service center at Ambala on 27th September. The frenchise is named as Nanak Telecome in Gandhi market at Ambala Cantt.The owner of the frenchise refused me to give the bill after the mobile service. He charged me Rs. 250 for the service and when I asked for the bill he refised to give that.
Please take the strictest action against the owner.
