[Resolved] South Madras Gas Agency — delay in cylinder refill | |||
consumer no. sm 36739... Booking has been made before navarathri. I also mentioned that during that time we need the gas desperately. At that time no booking no or ref no. was given. I was told within ten days the gas will come. Today after repeated reminders thro the week i was told my gas was booked only on nineteenth. The staff are really reckless and there is no proper booking system or order in the way things are maintained. We have busy careers and its impossible to keep calling everyday or begging them. Is this fair for a customer who has been with them for 22 years plus............ They never bother to give a responsible reply. Can someone help............. this is a basic utility.
