[Resolved]  Spanco Bpo — salary issue

its Useless to work for such an organization which does not respect one as they should.there are hundreds of people who have experienced the same thing that Uv been through, But the worst thing to add up to the insult is that they (Trainers) from Spanco are supported by their Managers too !
If you really want to be heard do yourself a favour...Get in touch with the Chairman (Spanco) Mr.Kapil Puri and express your plight.

Sir,
As you are aware that i had worked with your Establishment From 16 July 2009 to 25 May 2011and give Resigned from services on 25 may 2011 after availed 30 days notice period which is accepted by your good faith and at the time of my reliving it is told that the balance salary will be paid in 45 days along with PF form but after repreated telephone it was told that i will get my balance salary and PF forms in 90 days but i am sorry to say that 90 days has been completed on 25 Aug till date i have not received the payment as due. So i request you to please release my salary (payment) at the earlest along with PF forms and Form 3 of PF and oblize.

i am also working at GGN location since last two month support staff salary has not been credited, , and our mangers, dont have any answer., they are working like idel.. they don't have any commitment date.

We are the spanco employee who have become fools from Coimabtore location the Spanco has shut down the buisness without paying the salary for last 2 months now they blame the client Aircel for non payment.
Dont join Spanco they will chect you...

Even vendors are being taken for a ride. Sr VP Business ops and CFO are avoiding calls and not responding to emails. very unprofessional attitude.

My name is Pawan Kumar Rai have worked with Spancobpo (Deharadun) from Nov -12 To April -13 in Airce Process (MIS Department) as Senior Executive MIS. Unfortunately in April -13 Aircel was collapsed and i had to left this organization. My last working day was 25th April 13. At the time of separation Mr. Kausik Das (Site Head), Mr. Vivek Mohan (H.R. Head) and other management persons promised us the employees belong to Aircel will be benefited by salary after 90 days from the date of separation.
But i have not got my salary till now. I contacted to Mr. Kausik Das (Deharadun) regarding my salary and he replied now he is not part of Spanco and also said Spanco has been closed in Deharadun. He suggested me that I should contact to Gurgoan Spanco Corporate office regarding my salary.On 20th July -13 i went to Gurgoan Spanco and contacted to Ms Shivani (H.R. Person) but she told me that we could not do anything regarding this matter i should contact to Deharadun Spanco.
I am unable to understand who is the responsible person in Spanco to whom i can contact. This clearly showing Spanco playing game for those employees who lost their jobs and suffering from financial problem.
Request you to please have look on this and let me know what is the actual status of my salary.

My self Neeraj Bhartiya, an employee in SPANCO at Gurgaon office and worked as Sr. Engineer from 15 OCT’ 2007 to 14 OCT’ 2011.I was relieved from the company on 14 OCT’ 2011 to pursue my carrier.At the time of relieving i was due for payment of amount of more than 1 lakh on account of salary, Played leave and other reimbursements in full and final.

I had sent to several mails for the payment of due amounts periodically. The last Email responded by Shri M.P Singh (Account Head) vide email dated Fri, Nov 9, 2012 at 11:55 AM assured payment of his dues. There after email by him was not attended by the company

Now the company is avoiding to attend email send by my me and is not giving positive response. In his humility and regard being Ex. Employee of the company i did not take or intend initiate legal action for his dues.
I am not able to understand what i suppose to do?
