Respected Sir,
SpeakAsiaOnline Company Panelists Collected Money rs 3.41 Lacs promising a monthly survey income of 1.41 lacs/month for next 12 months. They collected the money in July 2011 and did not give a single Rupee and above all I have not seen any survey or ID or status for last 14 months and as of 4th October 2012. It seems they are entangled in LEGAL COMPLICATIONS, for which I need not suffer. The money generated and paid to their panelist was in fact sourced from local money lenders for an interest of 10%. Since, I have not received a single rupee, failed to pay the interest amount to money lenders for last more than one year, they created a scene in our community, police station, gunda like people threatening elderly parents at 8 pm with many stinking of alcohol. A complaint was filed in the local police station by my parents. this torture and character assasination of myself and family is continuing even now, hard earned character -professional & personal are our only assets, to protect which I am ready to take ultimate action. 18 yrs of good name killed in 14 months.all the records can be collected from police station and the number of times i & mother were admitted to hopital due to torture and stress.
Speakasia said that I will receive Rs. 1.41 lacs /month and at present my earning is big 'ZERO'. one side company people are committing every week regarding restart and payments and other side tortured by money lenders....I am stressed and have dept accumulation only because of cheating and non payment of Rs. 1.41 lacs/month for last 14 months + as of today 4th Oct 2012. I have not cheated anybody. But, due to the inaction of management of speakasia & failure to honor their own business plan is killing me & my family every minute.
Request you to guide me so that the company pays what was committed to me Rs. 1.41* 15 (number months pending) at the end of October 2012. No clarity regarding money, character killed, family tortured, resulting in severe health problems me, my wife and mother. I do not trust this management. the sooner they settle committed amount along with nominal bank interest as applicable and COMPENSATION for pushing me & my family towards taking ultimate step...compensation for spoiling 18 yrs of reputation in 15 months. do not want any extra pittence from thugs - what is due to me from 1st month to as of 4th October and any more delay + interest + compensation for assasination health wise & character wise. just want settlement of capital + interest and any amount remaining will be provided to old age home as charity.
