I completely agree with Garima, becz my friend had done course from here.when he received a call from Priyanka through spectrum hr solution.mannaniya miss Priyanka, this lady at the time of admission was calling my friend atleast 7 time's a day for admission(BEWARE OF SUCH CALL'S), finally after his admission all the calls stopped from priyanka.They give us job gauranty they tell us that they have legal tie up's with all the major domestic & international airline's, but my friend's all this is fake they give job gauranty for cabin crew & send us to hotel's for washing plates.SUCH INSTITUTES ARE VERY FAMOUS THESE DAY'S.Finally the classes started the first week was fine but after that problem's begain to start, all the faculties is were coming 2 hour's late after that they just take classes for 1/2 an hour .All the faculties behave very rude & talk in very undisciplined manner after all the fee's are payed.if any student complaint about the faculties mannaniya miss reena birje calls them up & make them embarrassed in front of the entire class.Tell me friend's is this right to behave in such a way with the student's after all the fees 45, 000 is been paid HOW WILL SUCH PEOPLE RUN AN AVIATION ACADEMY.They are also very rude to the student parents as well, they do this after all the fee's are paid completely, becz they know poor student's have no other way after they had payed their fee's.if you ask miss Reena her MD's name i don know why does she gets angry.May be the MD mr ahuja is also a fake.These people run their scam from all the rented office through out Maharashtra.All the land lord pls be aware becz these day's such fake institutes's are targeted by shiv sena & all the News channels as u always see shiv sena is always there for the poor people & poor such student's.such institutes are disgrace to the society .All such institutes's are fake pls be aware of such calls from spectrum hr solution they do not make carrier they spoil one & many.THEY SHOW THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL BUT THEY THEMSELVES HAVE NO STANDARD'S.All u people who had suffered be open to contact me i will get your refund back & will see that even if these so called academy has a fake license it will get cancelled.I PROMISE JAI MAHARASHTRA.

I totally agree .I was in a good job in retail field.I was earning around 15000/- per month.i am the only person to earn in my family.I got this JOB GUARANTY call from priyanka informing, that my resume has been selected for cabin crew, she told me that my training shall start in 2 week's, shall pay my fees with in two days.She brain washed me so much, I payed my fees with in a week.I started my course for that i left my job becz priyanka told me that i will not be able to concentrate on my course so i left my job.between the course they started to send me to hotel's for interviews, I told reena REENA BIRJE that i was told that i have been selected for cabin crew, she called me & insulted me saying we know our work don't try to teach us..now i am working in a 3 star hotel with salary of 7000/- per month living with my widowed mother miserably

SPECTRUM hr solution is a waste of time.My sister wasted her money & lost her current job.Mr ahuja the MD of this fake company is wanted by mumbai police for fraud case that's why he never shows hear.REENA BIRJE is handling this fake institute behalf of him.spectrum hr has opened a new branch in pune so pune people pls beware certificate of this institute is only valid in B-grade hotels but not in AVIATION.

Hi. i have done a course from spectrum 18 months back. dont know about others, but i got a placement as promised. feel sorry for you guys, but i dont agree that ms reena is a cheat or spectrum is fraud company, . in fact, i have many friends from other reputed institutes like frankfinn, aha, etc.. who are still jobless. i thunk that this responsibility is of both students and institute. let us not degrade the institute by making such false claims.

dear friends, my brother has completed a course from spectrum training academy recently, and has been placed at mumbai airport as an airport rep with a starting salary of rs. 15, 000/-. he is a fresher in this industry, and also an undergratuate. while taking admission, the staff at spectrum, including ms. reena had guided us very nicely, explained everything, and even given us a easy installmentfacility, which we needed as we are not very financially strong. i had found out that there were many students in spectrum who had also completed their courses and paid lacs of rupees to other institutes like AHA and Frankfinn, but came to spectrum because they were jobless. i think these complaints are an attempt by some people to spoil the reputation of this organization. i am still in touch with spectrum, have refeered friends and relatives to them. for the people who doubt spectrums ability to place students, they just have to talk to their recruiters, and they give them a list of places where previous students have been placed. one of my brothers friend was placed at Taj Lands End in Bandra, which is a 5* hotel of international reputation. for people who say that there are no placements at airports or reputed hotels, why dont they just approach the institute management and get their doubts solved instead of wasting their time and sowing seeds of doubt in others minds too? this is a very disgusting and shameful act! by the way, i tried to check the complaints of other reputed aviation institutes on this website, and trust me, even they have such stupid reviews. after all, dear friends, grapes are sour, right? i urge the faculty and staff at spectrum that they please do not get demotivated by such lies, and continue their good work. warm regards, s. lobo.
Reena birji runs this so called company on her terms. if any students have some problems or complaint after paying 45, 000 he or she is insulted by her.But she dont know every students are not same, I have some 100% predictions these institute will either be raided by CBI (crime branch) OR will be trashed by some political party in front of some news channel for taking money & not giving service to the students like you see in news channels. Its not nice that you take such a amount from the students & they are nt satisfied from your course becz 45000/- is not a small amount the students if they are giving it from their OWN SELF saving account.MISS REENA had handled this company well & is doing a very good job. My complaint about Spectrum Aviation Academy
I don't know how to tell you this, but innocent children have been brainwashed by Spectrum Aviation Academy's salacious agendas. Before I launch into my rant, permit me the prelude caveat that Spectrum Aviation Academy's inveracities are based on a denial of reality, on the substitution of a deliberately falsified picture of the world in place of reality. And this dishonesty, this refusal to admit the truth, will have some very serious consequences for all o[censored]s when you least expect it. If you ask Spectrum Aviation Academy if it's true that its theatrics do not pass muster by any objective standards, you'll just get a lot of foot-shuffling and downcast eyes in response. Once it becomes clear that by an odd twist of fate, with Spectrum Aviation Academy's morals, simple credos like "check your sources" and "argue the other side of the question" have gone out the window, it becomes apparent that Spectrum Aviation Academy will stop at nothing to devastate vast acres of precious farmland. This may sound outrageous, but if it were fiction I would have thought of something more credible. As it stands, it's our responsibility to increase awareness and understanding of our similarities and differences. That's the first step in trying to explain a few facets of this confusing world around us, and it's the only way to carry out the famous French admonition, écrasez l'infâme!, against its publicity stunts.
Should this be discussed in school? You bet. That's the function of education: To teach students how to purge the darkness from Spectrum Aviation Academy's heart. Let's conduct a Gedankenexperiment. Suppose we could create a hypothetical population free of muzzy-headed immoralism enthusiasts. Let's assume, furthermore, that Spectrum Aviation Academy were powerless to treat people like craven, drossy rakes. In this hypothetical situation, wouldn't we all be free to fight to the end for our ideas and ideals? Let's make this dream a reality. Let's get people to realize that the picture I am presenting need not be confined to Spectrum Aviation Academy's politics. It applies to everything it says and does.
Spectrum Aviation Academy just keeps on saying, "We don't give a [expletive deleted] about you. We just want to distract attention from more important issues." According to Spectrum Aviation Academy's distortions, distractions, and outright deceptions, anyone who resists Spectrum Aviation Academy deserves to be crushed. Fortunately, most of the people who are seriously interested in preserving our civilization know that the reality is that Spectrum Aviation Academy's intent is to prevent us from asking questions. It doesn't want the details checked. It doesn't want anyone looking for any facts other than the official facts it presents to us. I wonder if this is because most of its "facts" are false.
Wanting to misdirect our efforts into fighting each other rather than into understanding the nature and endurance of avaricious radicalism is one thing, but why would anybody possibly want to pit people against each other? Any honest person who takes the time to think about that question will be forced to conclude that all the deals it makes are strictly one-way. Spectrum Aviation Academy gets all the rights, and the other party gets all the obligations. To get even the simplest message into the consciousness of self-absorbed lackwits, it has to be repeated at least 50 times. Now, I don't want to insult your intelligence by telling you the following 50 times, but by refusing to act, by refusing to pursue virtue and knowledge, we are giving Spectrum Aviation Academy the power to violate its pledge not to cause wishy-washy subversion to gather momentum on college campuses. Spectrum Aviation Academy has called innocent children scary, flippant shirkers to their faces. This was not a momentary aberration or a slip of the tongue, and hence, we can safely say that it believes that those o[censored]s who oppose it would rather run than fight. The real damage that this belief causes actually has nothing to do with the belief itself, but with psychology, human nature, and the skillful psychological manipulation of that nature by Spectrum Aviation Academy and its snotty stooges. The irony is that Spectrum Aviation Academy's most judgmental snow jobs are also its most self-aggrandizing. As the French say, "Les extremes se touchent."
Spectrum Aviation Academy can go on saying that a richly evocative description of a problem automatically implies the correct solution to that problem, but the rest o[censored]s have serious problems to deal with that preclude our indulging in such drugged-out dreams just now. Spectrum Aviation Academy said that space aliens are out to lay eggs in our innards or ooze their alien hell-slime all over us. Can you believe that? At least its statement made me realize that the main dissensus between me and Spectrum Aviation Academy is that I believe that Spectrum Aviation Academy is allergic to any idea that isn't confused. It, on the other hand, contends that merit is adequately measured by its methods and qualifications. Spectrum Aviation Academy's ravings are a house of mirrors. How are we to find the opening that leads to freedom? Here's the answer, albeit in a somewhat circuitous and roundabout style: Spectrum Aviation Academy's list of sins is long and each one deserves more space than I have here. Therefore, rather than describe each one individually, I'll summarize by stating that if it would abandon its name-calling and false dichotomies it would be much easier for me to make a cause célèbre out of exposing its double standards for what they really are.
