[Resolved]  SPEED CAR HELPLINE — No service since 6 hours

Hi,

I have a compaint against Speed Car Helpline center.

I opted this service in July 2009 for my car - Wagon R LXi. which is registered under UP-Ghaziabad RTO authority.

According to their executive, on stucking with any problem related to our vehicle, we must get a solution with in half an haour (if we are in NCR zone) and up to 1 hour in case of outside NCR.

I had a opportunity to encash this facility on 7 June 2010 when my car's front wheel got stuck in the deep sand in Noida Sector 63. I called up their so called helpline number[protected] at 12:45 and got assurance of service by half an hour. The time passed by and I called this number again and the executives (different person on different call) kept assuring me that one of the mechianic/ techincal field boy would be there in 5-10 minutes.

The after noon passed by and entered evening. I called up the same number arroung 3:37 and recorded the conversation with the executive and again he assured me the same thing... Now the complete six hours were passsed (5:45) and I had to call up a crain for this issue and spent Rs 1200/- for getting my car out of the sand, which is about 3 times of their annoual service fees.

Now you can think about the kind of bull dung service they provide to their so called valued clients.

This was better an incident in Noida (NCR), one can think of the worst case if it would have been in outside of NCR, specially in late nights... Can these types of helpline services be the one, we can rely upon?

Please take this as a formal compaint from my side.

PS. I have the call logs of the above incident whihc could be a good proof of the misassurance by this company.

SPEED CAR HELPLINE — No Response - No Service

Hi,

I am Ankesh Agarwal and an unfortunate owner of Speed Car helpline service (# NS – 26731). I want to cancel my membership due to two reasons 1) Extremely poor response time 2) NO SERVICE.

I have called up multiple times at their call center for a complaint at 11:13 PM in night (17th August) when my vehicle stalled and the reply I got was “We only repair punctured tyres, balance of it is not covered”
Then I pushed my car to a fren’s place who happen to live nearby and called your call center again on the 18th August. I called at 4:20 PM in the evening and placed a request, then called again at 4: 46, 5:29, 7:03 PM but the guy there kept saying that the service van is on the way.. 10 kms away.. 10 mins away.. got heated….

Then I placed a request for cancellation atleast 5 times, but either the accounts guy is not there and the person takes my cell number and assures for a call back. But nobody ever calls back. I spoke to Mr. Ranjit but to no avail.. he said he will get back to me and then never came back. Stopped taking my calls after that…

Tried calling Mr. Neeraj & Mr. Ranjit but his phone is either busy or he doesn’t take calls…

Therefore, I have to launch a complaint in the consumer forum if I don’t get answer from you. This is not about the quantum money but the harassment I faced being stranded in the night with my wife at a lone place with no help even when I paid money for the service.

I Mr. S.P Jena My no is NS-46927 I have complane in th night 8 pm 2nd aug and my complane no is 1596 I have no response yet when I calling your excutive( hind me likta hoo) sale harami ke kute ki pile jab phone karta hoo sale bola ta hai 45min ab time 1 baje abtak nehi aya ab phir bolta 45 min, Abe 45 min kitina hota hai sale pase lene keliye kute tarha piche padjate ho aur kam pe time pe biwi palu me sote reheto ...sirf gali sivi muha se nikile ga vi nehi. Age se kavi tera phone galti si vi ageya na to sale teri ...Sab ek dunga.
