Non Delivery
This is to notify that my brother sent me a courier on dated 27th January, 2012 (Friday) from Meghdoot Bhawan, Guwahati to the below mentioned address

But after 17 days also I have not received the courier (Consignment Number A RS014248821IN). My brother went to Meghdoot Bhawan but nobody paid attention to his issue.
I mailed the same to the concerned department and I have been asked to lodged a Web Complain and I lodged the same as per the recommendation and my is Complain ID 10005030551. Then also haven't not got any resolution neither they are taking my issue with a serious concern.

I was suppose to receive a speed post sent from ahmedabad to Pune on 23rd of Feb 2009. Today is 2nd of march and I haven't received it yet.
To add to my woes, i visited the post office (Hinjewadi, Pune) which is my post office on 28th February and they provided no assistance, if that's not enough, i tried to call the customer care on 020-26121570 at 10:15 in the morning on 2nd March, a lady answered the phone and informed me that the office timing are from 10:00 AM but the concerned person has not arrived yet, so i shall call back after 30 minutes.
If that's the service they are providing, i doubt that i will ever think again of using their services.
Please let me know, what should I do now. the packet contains some documents which i need very urgently.

1. EN000330333IN dated 13.10.2009. From Hyderabad to DINHATA - COOCH BEHAR. WEST BENGAL.
2. EN000330316IN dated 13.10.2009. From Hyderabad to Cooch Behar. West Bengal.
The above two envelops has not been delivered till 17.10.2009. this is 5 days from posting.
which should Have been delivered within 24 to 48 hours. kindly do the needful immediately as the same are very importent documents. URGENT URGENT URGENT PL. MUST BE DELIVERED ON 19TH. OCTOBER 2009- MONDAY.

Hi,
My friend has posted important bill by which i have to claim money from my company in chennai ekkaduthaangal speed post branch on 22/02/11 but still i havnt received the post.
When i checked the Track in Online, its showing status as delivered.....
I try to contact the local branch number.....but no luck....number is not exist response from phone....
also tried to contact chennai branch...no one is ready to pick the call.....

महोदय मैं पिछले छह दिन से जामडोली डाक घर के चक्कर काट रहा हूँ मेरी पत्नी की पंजाब नेशनल बैंक की एक चेक बुक की जांच के लिए मेरे डाकघर चला गया था पोस्ट मास्टर मेरे साथ बहुत बेरूखी से बात करते हैं और अनुशासनहीनता व्यवहार था.जहा शिकायत करनी करो उन्होंने कहा था आयेगी तो हम घर पंहुचा देंगे दो दिन बाद जामडोली डाक घर गया उन्होंने चेक बुक बैंक वापस लौट गया और वह मुझे कोई जानकारी देने में असमर्थ था. आप कृपया इस पोस्ट मास्टर के खिलाफ कुछ कार्रवाई का अनुरोध है पोस्ट मास्टर को मोबाईल करते है तो कहते है नहीं आया दो तीन दिन बाद जाते है तो कहता है वापस चलागया कहते है आपका पता मिला नहीं
