Speed Post ET526113241IN - Acknowledgement not received

Sir,
I have sent my original educational certificates through Speed Post(from Post office ,Hosur-Tamil nadu) to Directorate of Teacher Education Research & Training ,College Road, chennai on 29th October 2009 (29/10/2009) at 12.24pm with acknowledgement card attached. I haven't received my acknowledgment card yet. I am not sure whether my certificates have reached Directorate of Teacher Education Research & Training . I want to know the delivery status as soon as possible.

Sir,

My letter has been dispatched on 28/01/2010 by Speed post by UTI Technology New Delhi No. EQ773213748IN which is not yet recd.
