Speed Post - Non Delivery Of Express Parcel

We booked a speed post parcel from Selaiyur Post Office(600073) to Hyderabad (500076) on 29th of March. It has not reached till now. While tracking online we found that the parcel had reached Hyderabad but not delivered till now. We have sent mails to Speed Post Manager, Chief Postmaster General office in Hyderabad. We called and spoke to speed post managers also but till now we even dont know the status of the parcel. We booked a complaint also online and the Complaint Number is 100000 90545 and the Speed Post Booking Number Is : ET066004572IN.
