Postman not come to our office and send back speed post.

Respected Sir,
I supposed to receive o1 speed post on dated 21.02.2012. But postmen not visit to our office and send back to same.The document is return to Palam TMO. It is very important and valuable document. Kindly help in tracing the document and the delivery as soon as possible.
The speed post no. is EU778905811IN.
