[Resolved]  Speed Post India — Non delivery of article

Dear Sir,

My brother booked very urgent medicines on April 1, 2010 but till today I have not received my medicines. In silayur branch they received the article on April 3, 2010 & my house is just 10 minutes from Silayur post office but we are still waiting for such an important medicines. I made several phone calls to customer care[protected], Speed post manager ([protected]) & selaiyur post office[protected] but the just made me fool. I am upset with the response & want some strict action.
