[Resolved] Speed Post India — Parcel tampered and goods stolen | |
My Speed Post parcel EI[protected]IN has been tampered and goods stolen. I received it today. The outer fabric cover had been cut, some items removed and then the cover had been stitched back and sealed so that it looked untouched. But when I opened it, clothes, shoes and medicines worth Rs.12,000 were missing. On top of that some rubbish articles had been added to fill up the bag.I request you to please look into the matter as it is not a mistake or misplacement but a deliberate robbery committed by the employees of Speed Post India.Please take urgent action and let me know what is being done to find the thieves and my goods. My friend from Punjab sended me a parcel to Arunachal through speed post India, the code was EP[protected]IN on 6th Feb 2013. which reached today 15th feb 2013. when i opened it, i found it was already opened the items were missing from the box.My friend had sended me 1 washcoat, 1pair of Tie and a air bell but there was no such items in the box instead of that 1 white hood was their. I am very disappointed for this service our original items were stolen.Its is very shame that we won't able to believe on our postal service.I appeal from postal department to take the necessary action against the matter because it is not matter of joke.Someone sends their important and things through post where as in return they have to face such bad careless service.Please take the action and find the error before it get too late.
