Speed Post India — Speed post letter not delivered

Dear Sir,

I have sent one letter on 01/06/10 of no.EM[protected]IN from Pune to Gwalior via Speed post. It has been 7 days now but the letter is still not yet delivered. I tried to contact each speed post centre of Pune and Gwalior but they are not ready to do anything on this.
Could you please take action as that is a very urgent document for me.
